# Rewards & Referrals

> Earn free shares through trade, streak, and referral rewards.

Theta Labs rewards activity with **free shares** — real spot positions transferred to your account, revealed scratch-card style from the hero panel on the **Options** page.

## Ways to earn

### Trade Reward

Make your **first deposit** to earn your first reward. It stays locked until you've traded **\$1 of options premium**, then becomes revealable.

### Streak Rewards

Trade on consecutive days to fill the streak punch card. Rewards unlock at **3-day**, **5-day**, and **7-day** streaks.

### Referral Rewards

Share your referral link (`…/r/{your-code}`) with friends. When someone signs up through your link and makes their first trade, **you each get up to \$5 in free shares**. The referral card tracks how many friends have joined and what you've earned.
