# Leaderboard

> Compete in the weekly options trading competition.

The leaderboard is a recurring **weekly options trading competition** with real prizes. Open it with the **trophy icon** in the top navigation.

## How the competition works

Rankings are based on **cumulative notional volume** of options traded during the round — profit or loss doesn't matter, so every trade counts toward your standing.

* Rounds run **Friday 12:00 AM to Thursday 11:59 PM (EST)**, with a live countdown to the weekly reset.
* The top three traders get a podium at the top of the page; your own row is highlighted wherever you rank.
* Standings refresh every few seconds while the page is open.
* A **Rules & Prizes** modal on the page has the full details for the current round.

## Prizes

| Place        | Prize    |
| ------------ | -------- |
| **1st**      | \$100    |
| **2nd**      | \$50     |
| **3rd**      | \$25     |
| **4th–10th** | \$5 each |

Prizes are paid in **pUSD** directly to your wallet.

## Rankings

Each row in the leaderboard shows:

| Column               | Description                                   |
| -------------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| **#**                | Your rank for the current round               |
| **Trader**           | Display name (set on your Profile page)       |
| **Contracts Traded** | Number of options contracts traded this round |
| **Volume**           | Notional volume traded this round             |

You appear on the leaderboard after your first options trade of the round.
