# Finding markets

> How to discover what to trade across the Live and Trade hubs.

updown has no search box. Markets are discovered by browsing the two hubs, and every market page links to its sibling cadences and its past windows.

## On the Live hub

1. Click **Live** in the top bar.
2. Filter with **All / Sports / Stocks / Crypto** in the left rail (chips on a phone).
3. Step through the **featured panel** with its **‹ ›** pager, or scroll the cards.
4. Click a card, or its **Up** / **Down** button to open the market with that side preselected.

Listings change with the clock: stock cards appear only on weekdays between 4:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, and sports cards appear and disappear with games. The hub refreshes its listings every minute. See [Live markets](/trading/live-markets).

## On the Trade hub

1. Click **Trade** in the top bar.
2. Pick **All** for one card per subject, or an expiry (**Daily / Weekly / Monthly**) to see that window's prices.
3. Browse the **Outcomes**, **Stocks**, and **Crypto** rows.
4. Click a card or its **Up** / **Down** button.

See [Trade markets](/trading/trade-markets).

## On a market page

* **Switch cadence.** The page title contains an expiry menu (tooltip "Change expiry") listing **15 Minutes**, **End-of-Day**, **End-of-Week**, and **End-of-Month** for that subject, where they exist.
* **Look back.** The **Past** dropdown lists up to eight recently settled windows, for example "2:15 PM ET · Today", each opening that window's result page. Chips beside it jump to the last four.
* **Read the form.** Cards on the Live hub show a **Last 6** strip of recent window results.

## New listings

Sports markets are listed automatically while a two-team game is in play and its odds are between 5% and 95%. Stock, crypto, and outcome subjects are added by the updown team.

<Warning>
**Ctrl/⌘ + K** opens a legacy search from a discontinued product. It searches third-party prediction markets, not updown's Live or Trade markets, and leads to an archived page. Use the hubs instead.
